This course is to familiarize students with the current state of the art of modern analytical instruments, methodologies, and applications in detection and food analysis. The course focuses on emerging techniques and applications used in food analysis and their potential and challenges. Prerequisite(s) or Corequisite(s): AGSC 4460, MATH 1110 & CHEM 1110.
