Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC)

ROTC programs offer leadership and job training within universities, while Service Academies are dedicated military institutions offering a full college experience with a military commitment upon graduation. 

• ROTC programs are embedded within universities, allowing students to pursue a college degree while receiving military training and leadership development. 
• ROTC cadets attend regular college classes and participate in military training activities, including physical fitness, leadership development, and specialized instruction related to their chosen branch. 
• Upon graduation and completion of the ROTC program, cadets are commissioned as officers in their respective military branches.
