PSYC 5100 - Counseling and Interviewing Skills (2)

Supervised laboratory experience in developing essential interpersonal skills for counseling effectiveness, self-exploration and videotape analysis; introduction to client intake and initial diagnostic procedures; introduction to ethical considerations; the influence of gender, racial-ethnic, and other factors related to diverse populations applications to counseling. Prerequisite(s): Admission to the Graduate School.
