MATH 3130 - Introduction to Math Software (3) Advanced Mathematica A course designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of mathematical software.
Students will learn to evaluate mathematical operations such as derivatives, integrals, and sums, manipulate and solve equations, as well as create 2D and 3D graphs. Students will also create programs utilizing variables, control structures, logical operations, arrays, and strings. Students will employ mathematical typesetting software to create reports and presentations. Prerequisites: grade of C or better in MATH 3120. 3 Required for Mathematical Sciences and Mathematical Sciences with Teacher Certification majors. Prerequisite(s): C or better in MATH 3120 Spring
