NURS 3104 - Health Promotion, Maintenance, and Restoration I Clinical (2) This is the Health Promotion, Maintenance, and Restoration I Clinical course, which focuses on the application of the theoretical knowledge base obtained from exploring the basic concepts in the management of adult clients experiencing selected health illnesses and problems in the clinical practice environment. Demonstrations of the application of critical thinking and clinical reasoning and the use of the nursing process to provide culturally sensitive, holistic, evidence-based care for clients will also be practiced in the clinical setting. Two (2) clinical credit hours/6 contact hours per week. Prerequisite(s): NURS 3040, NURS 3041, NURS 3044, NURS 3250, NURS 3251, NURS 3260, NURS 3320; Corequisite(s): NURS 3100, NURS 3104, NURS 3340, NURS 3344, and NURS 3080.
