DHYG 4430 Alternative Dental Hygiene Practice (3). Exploration into roles of the dental hygienist, alternative practice settings, and opportunities with the goal of establishing short-term and long-term personal professional goals, followed by creating and completing an in-depth experience or project aligned with goals. Acceptance into the BS Degree Completion Program may be accomplished by: (A) Meeting the requirements for admission after completing the 79 credit hours associated with the AAS degree in Dental Hygiene at TSU. (B) Meeting the requirements for admission after graduating from another Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA)accredited AAS degree program anywhere in the country. In both cases above, proof
of Dental Hygiene Licensure is mandatory.
