An introductory study of components, circuits and safety of fluid power systems. Basic principles of fluid statics and dynamics. Analysis of functions of components such as distribution systems, pumps, actuators and valves. Hydraulic and pneumatic circuits design and analysis. Fluid power maintenance and safety.
