(Formerly Collective Bargaining). Analysis of collective bargaining processes, procedures, and legislation in private and public sector organizations. Review of current and future implications for management. Labor relations, federal legislation, and the collective bargaining process; case studies and arbitration cases in public and private sectors; impact of collective bargaining on the economy, union management problems and opportunities in both the public and private sector.
