MATH 3210 - Introduction to Number Theory (3)

Divisibility properties for the integers, the greatest common divisor, unique factorization, congruences, Diophantine equations, the Euler function, Wilson’s theorem, the Chinese remainder theorem, and other elementary properties of numbers. Prerequisite(s): grade of C or better in MATH 2600.  Offered in fall.
