MATH 1530 - Introductory Probability and Statistics (3) A non-calculus-based introduction to probability and statistics. Topics include sampling, handling data, counting techniques, measures of central tendency, variation, and position, probability, hypothesis testing, linear regression, and ANOVA. Prerequisite: Math ACT score of at least 19. For students with a Math ACT score of less than 19 a Corequisite of 1529 is required. Prerequisite(s): Math ACT score of at least 19.
