EDSE 5710 - Teaching Individuals with Severe Disabilities (3)

This course addresses the teaching of functional and daily living skills for the profoundly to moderately disabled; the stimulation, development, and integration of sensory-motor, perceptual, and communicative skills, and self-help abilities. Home instruction, family support, and school and community articulations are covered. Field-based experiences are required.
