Mission
The mission of the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Success is to maximize the University’s capacity to recruit, retain, and graduate students; provide services and experiences that promote student success by integrating the out-of-classroom experience with the student’s needs, expectations, goals, growth, and development.
Goals
- To attract and enroll students who are committed to academic excellence.
- To engage students to utilize programs and services required for development, academic success, and degree completion.
- To provide staff development focusing on cross-training, professional growth, and customer service.
- To optimize partnerships with external and internal constituents to promote student success.
