This course includes the following compensation and rewards topics: performance evaluation, rewards beyond compensation, internal and external equity, labor relations (impact on total rewards) and performance management. Included is an analysis of both private and public benefits; pensions, unemployment insurance, worker’s compensation. Prerequisite(s): MGMT 4030 .
