AGSC 3510 - Food Processing (3)

A study of the procurement, processing and sale of milk and the bacteriological, chemical, and physical aspects of market milk processing. Two lectures and one laboratory period per week. Prerequisite(s): CHEM 1110  and  CHEM 1120 .
