PSYC 4130 - Cognitive Psychology (3)


 This course is designed to be a survey of human cognition. Topics relating to attention, memory, language, problem solving, reasoning, decision making, concepts, and categorization will be covered. A cross-cultural perspective will add to students’ appreciation of the role of culture in cognition. Participation in web-based activities will further students’ understanding of the role of empirical research in this area of psychology. Prerequisite: PSYC 2010.
