URBS 4450 - Nonprofit Management (3)

The course provides the tools that will allow students to analyze specific nonprofit managerial situations; and to provide students with a solid understanding of the constraints, opportunities, and power of nonprofit management. It provides an opportunity to delve into the theoretical knowledge (what we do and why we do it) as well as the practical methods (how we do it) essential to the efficient and effective management of organizations in the nonprofit sector.
