BISI 4260 - Training Strategies for BIS Professionals 3

Designed to provide BIS undergraduate student exposure to training and development theory as it relates to the adult learner. The role of the technical trainer in providing information systems concepts will be investigated. Needs analysis and methods for developing appropriate training as a practitioner are investigated.
