CHEM 4700 - Biochemical Analysis (3)

(Formerly CHEM 470) Designed to familiarize the student with the principles and practices involved in the analysis of biological and biochemical materials. Topics include separation systems, molecular spectroscopy, radioactivity, ionic strength, and analysis of macromolecules.  Three lecture hours per week. Prerequisite(s): CHEM 2100 , 3320, 3321, CHEM 3420 . Offered only in fall.
