CHEM 3200 - Physiological Biochemistry (3)

(Formerly CHEM 320, 320L). The fundamentals of human physiological chemistry. Required of majors in foods and nutrition. Three lectures and one three-hour laboratory per week. Prerequisite(s): CHEM 3600  Not available for students having credit for CHEM 4700 . Offered only in spring.
